Diary of a Vampire Stalker (2018)

A professional hit man is hired to carry out a series of assassinations by a Russian World War II veteran that wants to find a replacement to carry out his work and curse of bearing the task of the Nosfaratu stalker before he dies. The assassin soon discovers his targets are not human, but supernatural creatures known as "Cannivamps". These vampires not only drink human blood, but eat flesh as well. These new species of vampires have been given the name "The Blood Cartel" because they are slowly taking over the city as the crime syndicate family. The secret to defeating this seemingly invincible army of the undead is in a diary that has been passed on from generation to generation of vampire slayers. Complications arise when the killer falls in love with the old man's granddaughter whom is also a vampire. In the end he will be forced to make choices that will change his life forever when he becomes the keeper of the "Diary of the Vampire Stalker".
