Duality (2019)

Alex, an Afro Latina professional basketball player, soon after being drafted into the WNBA, realizes she is pregnant. She has to choose between having the baby, starting a family with her long-term boyfriend and sacrificing her career, or having an abortion and keep fighting for her dream of being a professional basketball player. Alex has to fight her loved ones who are telling her what to do with her own life. On the one hand, Taylan, her boyfriend, asks her to have the baby and forget about her career, whereas Mr. Valencia, her father, suggests she should have an abortion to avoid putting her career in jeopardy.
