Papercop (2018)

Dark-comedy film from directors Steve Figueiredo and Sean Patrick Kelly. The film centers on Neil, a man so consumed by emotional baggage that it bleeds into every aspect of his life. He's meek, timid, and always the first to apologize--not ideal for his job as an NYPD parking cop.
