El Austriaco (2018)

The documentary 'EL AUSTRIACO' portrays Nathalie, who is arrested by the airport police in Bogotá in 2011 and accused of drug smuggling. Unsuspecting, she is misused as a drug courier and finally sentenced to seven years imprisonment in Colombia as a supposed smuggler. Her father, Robert, leaves his normal life in Austria behind and fights with every means at his disposal to free Nathalie from the claws of Colombian justice. A film about a country of contrasts and uncompromising fatherly love.
