Actor Eliseo Rodolfo Garcia was born in Falfurrias, Texas. His mother, Norma Ramirez a housewife and versatile career woman. His father Eliseo Garcia Jr. was a Texas butcher known for his authentic chorizo, an Illinois cookie factory retiree. He is of Mexican, Spanish, Portuguese and Indigenous American ancestry. He spent his childhood in Zapata, TX living next to a drive-in theater where he would crawl under a fence to watch movies and reenact them the next day. Summers he spent time on the family farm. His stepfather Fred Lee Walton was an Oklahoma-born jack of all trades tool pusher, mechanic, heavy equipment operator and small business owner. Eliseo grew up splitting time between Sugarland, Texas and Clinton, Oklahoma where he graduated high school. Joining the Army Reserve and working as a sales professional and roughneck. He attended the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond earning a Bachelor of Arts - Strategic Communications. Eliseo began acting in the growing Oklahoma film industry performing in film, T.V., commercial, print and new media. He regularly studies the art of acting and improvisation. He is an avid motorcyclist, earned his 3rd Kyu in Kyokushin Karate and trains Jiu-Jitsu for fun.
