Samrawit Sisay Birara, is an Ethiopian actress and director. With Radio, TV Series appearances, Feature Films, Theater works, Advertisement, Music Video and Documentary experience both in-front and behind the camera. With a break out role on the hit TV show Meleket, she became a house hold name when she played the main and title character Zara, on the nationally acclaimed TV show, as the voice dub actor in Zara and Chandra on Kana TV.
