Dan Melone

For over twenty plus years, Dan Melone has been conducting archaeological research within the Chicagoland area, Great Lakes Region, and Kenya. He has surveyed hundreds of sites and compiled a large database, recording Indigenous and settler sites within the city, and surrounding suburbs. He also works with Menominee and Potawatomie descendants of Chief Alexander Robinson (Che Che Pin Qua) on the history of the Chief, his family, and cemetery. As for Kenya, Dan's research focuses on prehistoric site surveys and ethnographic studies and owns coffee farm in Western Kenya.
