Billy is an English actor born and raised in West London, now working and residing in New York City. He has experience performing improvisation theatre in D.C. and New York stages. Billy holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University and studied abroad at Keio University in Tokyo, Japan. He speaks both Italian and Japanese.
