Trenton Grimes is an American singer and songwriter and actor. From Centre County, Pennsylvania, his career began when he started sharing his talent on the social media platform TikTok. He continuously posted on the platform expressing his love for the meaning of music, and sharing connections towards his audience. He has always been deeply inclined in the meaning of music. He continued to gain popularity on TikTok and shortly after, other platforms. Trenton's first debut single, "Yours.", was released in February 2024. Prior to releasing 'Yours.', Grimes has stated he had multiple altercations when creating and publishing music. Grimes stated in a live stream in 2024, "I felt the music I had published before did not express my meaning for the music in the intended way not only quality but meaning as well. I felt like the music I previously have published was not me. Going forward in my career my aim is to create music that is authentic to me." Since the statement, Grimes has since released 'It Aint Me (Breakup Remix)' in March and has endorsed the idea that the song is aimed towards his healing process during one of the hardest times of his life, the music now reaching hundreds of thousands of audience who comes across his profiles among social media. Trenton's single 'Yours.' has since reached recognition on social media platforms, Listeners noticing the track being featured as the viral term and fire emoji "HOT" for trending. Trenton's positive mindset has not always been as easy for him. Grimes has spoken out known for advocating the importance of mental health and how he feels mental health is important within his music. Grimes shared with viewers that music and social media has always been one of his outlets and escape for stress and difficult situations. Grimes has multiple times advocated the awareness of bullying throughout his career on social media and music, "I feel being in the eyes of a larger audience brings more opportunity for being mistreated. I always like to remind myself of the importance of being kind and mindful of what we say to others. I wish more people in the world would be reminded of that".
