Arjan Onderdenwijngaard

Dutch actor Arjan Onderdenwijngaard was born on 19 Februari 1961 in Tilburg, The Netherlands. He lives and works in Indonesia since 2015. In his youth he joined a drama course, but was never active as an actor until 2014 when he was asked to audition for the movie "Guru Bangsa, Tjokroaminoto" in which he got the role of Dutch civil servant Dr. D.A. Rinkes. Since then he played many different roles, both protagonist and antagonist in Indonesian movies. Since 1980 he is active in the fields of arts, culture and history specialized in Indonesia, as a journalist, photographer, writer and visual artist, publishing photographs, articles, books and exhibiting art installations.
