Mark Vins

Growing up in rural central Ohio, Mark always dreamed of exploring the world. Curiosity led him on countless pursuits of outdoor exploration in his youth and inevitably right into the halls of The Ohio State University. This is where he first met Coyote Peterson. Recognizing the talents and ambition of his new friend they set forth to create a vision that would eventually inspire millions of people around the world. That vision is now called Brave Wilderness. While his business and leadership skills as CEO are vital to the company, it is truly Mark's creative talents along with his passion for adventure and filmmaking that led him to co-creating and directing hundreds of hours of wildlife content, culminating in the meteoric rise of Brave Wilderness. In addition to storytelling from behind the lens, Mark has also developed his own flare for presentation and now hosts a variety of programs covering unique nature and adventure topics. While his leadership is critical in the boardroom, he considers his best days to be the ones spent outdoors with the crew and a camera in his hand.
