Carolyn Kegel is a classically-trained actor with a strong facility for language and complex texts, who has been described as "an iron fist in a velvet glove". She has worked Off-Off-Broadway and in various regional theaters, most notably at the Givens Performing Arts Center in North Carolina. Carolyn was born on September 27 in Concord, New Hampshire. She studied History at Columbia University before receiving her MA in Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA). At LAMDA she earned Stage Combat certifications with Distinction in Unarmed, Rapier & Dagger, Quarterstaff, 18th Century Single Sword, and Sabre. Trained in on-camera work at The Barrow Group in NYC. Freelances in audiobook narration. Recent film credits include Margaret in "Oblivion" (2019), and Bonnie in "Roommates" (2019).
