Catherine M. Clifton is a actress, filmmaker, and author of the newly released novel, "Love Me." She has other acclaimed books which include, The Abandonment Of Me and Poems From A Dreamer. With a new novel coming soon, she challenging herself in the arena of science fiction. As a child, Catherine would find herself alone with nothing to do, so her imagination became her best friend. In order to pass the time, she would fall asleep and dream of far off places and meet diverse people from various walks of life. As she got older, she began to express her dreams in the form of poetry. She continued to write poetry leading up to her high school graduation. After graduation, Catherine joined the United States Air Force. While serving, she met several individuals whom real life situations teetered along the lines of a juicy fiction novel. So, she began writing short stories and screenplays creating new worlds and fictional characters. On her journey to becoming a novelist she encountered roadblocks, setbacks, and hardships, but didn't allow the obstacles to discourage her. She persevered, picked up her laptop, and continued writing. After completing her first short story, it became such a big hit that others suggested she write a part two to the well-received narrative. While writing, Catherine hit a stride and completed not only part two but a part three as well. The three part completed saga became the epic novel, Love Me. The novel was so well received that she was encouraged to write another book. From her creativity she birthed her second fiction novel, The Abandonment of Me. Determined to take her work to the next level, Catherine decided to step away from the government sector and follow her dream in the entertainment industry. Her husband and three kids have always kept her centered and have been her biggest cheerleaders throughout her journey. With big hopes and big dreams, Catherine remains optimistic about her future; and as long as she has her imagination, family, friends, faith, and total belief in herself, she knows in her heart that she'll be able to accomplish anything.
