Justin M Lawson

Justin Lawson was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. He is known for directing short film Going For It. Justin has a B.S in Business Management with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship from HBCU North Carolina A&T State University. After graduating he briefly attended The Los Angeles Film School to start his career in filmmaking. While at LAFS Justin wrote and directed Going For It, a completely self funded short film that went on to be Nominated for "Best Student Drama" at the 2019 Bare Bones Film & Music Festival. In 2019 the film Won "Best Male Lead in a Student Film" at the 2019 Bare Bones Film & Music Festival. Justin now lives and resides in Los Angeles.
