Melissa Lawmaster

Melissa Lawmaster is an actress, singer/songwriter, and recording artist who was trained at UCLA's School of Theatre Film and Television. She has been featured in film, TV, choral, and musical theatre productions ranging in type from Greek tragedy and Shakespeare to prime-time television and symphonic performances. Appearances include America's Got Talent Season 13 as part of Angel City Chorale, and playing the lead in a Film Independent supported production of Love's Labours Lost. Additionally, Melissa has had the great privilege of sharing the stage with world class musicians, conductors, and vocalists including the Pacific Symphony, the California Philharmonic and Chorale, and as a soloist with the Golden State Pops Orchestra and Chorale. Melissa is also a recording artist and professional vocalist who has experience with a wide variety of musical genres. She has recorded many styles of music including a classic country EP and original music. Melissa speaks conversational French, basic Spanish, and is an avid bookworm and lover of all things historical and antiquarian. She looks forward to carving out her niche in the industry telling important stories and continuing to refine her craft in film, television and theatre.
