Mia Tillman

Mia Kayla Tillman is best known for the 2020 Daytime Emmy nominated television show, Nickelodeon's: Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader? The iconic family game is hosted by John Cena with over 1.1 million viewers tuning into the 2019 premiere. Mia auditioned in a nationwide search and was narrowed down to only twelve of the brightest and well rounded participants. Mia is a Houston, Texas born teen actress and singer, spending her time between both Los Angeles and Louisiana. In 2018, she was honored as Child Actor of the Year and shortly after, starred in her first short film titled Black Girl, Magic that took home the Alice Award presented by Women in Film and Television. She starred in Greyson Family Christmas as Young Maya, and has appeared in national commercials. She is also starring in the feature film Mona Lisa Blood Moon alongside Kate Hudson. Mia began singing at the young age of three years old in preschool musicals when she discovered her love for performance. She won first place in a local Broadway theatre competition and also at her school talent show. She has performed in many school and local community theatre productions including Wizard of Oz, Jungle Book, Night Before Christmas, and Aristocats to name a few. Mia is an all "A" honor student and published poet. She has been an accomplished golfer since the age of two and won first place in a golf championship in the second grade. She is also a member of a youth organization that provides children with cultural and educational programs that focus on community service. Every year, she collects school supplies for those students in need and essential everyday supplies for seniors in a nursing home through this philanthropic program. Mia aspires to continually give back to her community. She hopes to one day become a Pediatrician to provide health care to the future generations to come.
