Vladimir Vodolagin

Vladimir was born on March 15th 1962 in Moscow, Russia. Since 2002 Vladimir Vodolagin is the General Director of the 2PLAN2 film group, executive producer and a supervisor of production for the majority of projects fulfilled by the group over the last several decades. The main goal of the film crew is to unite creative professionals in the search for "new aesthetic reality" at the brink of the XX and the XXI centuries. Today the studio is engaged in filming movies, series and documentaries, as well as realizing multimedia art projects. The 2PLAN2 film group created "The anthology of modern art" - documentary series about artists who have influenced the Russian contemporary art the most over the last 30 years. As part of this, the first three documentaries out of 10 were shot (Film 1. Oleg Kulik. Challenge and provocation; Film 2. Vinogradov and Dubosarsky: commissioned painting; Film 3. Timur Novikov. Zero Object) One of the recent works by Alexander Shein, Vladimir Vodolagin and the 2PLAN2 film group is the innovative cross-platform project created for the unique space of one of the Tretyakov Gallery buildings - which took 10 years to develop. "Atlas VMayakovsky" is a scientific laboratory, an archive, a multi-layered exhibition.
