Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to stage Magicians Fred and Karen, Chris was initiated in the performing arts at a very young age. He starred alongside his family performing all over the United States. Both of his parents were huge movie buffs, the first film he saw in the theater was the original Star Wars in May 1977 and from there on, he was obsessed with film. As a teenager growing up in the 80's, he was lucky enough to see the biggest horror films to come out of that decade in the theater on released day thanks to his amazing horror fan mother. He and his mom saw Friday The 13th Part 3 in 3D on opening night and he was the youngest person in the theater and his mother was the oldest. Quite the couple but it fed his passion for horror. He founded the Milwaukee Twisted Dreams Film Festival in 2015 and it has quickly become one of the biggest genre film festivals in the country.
