Ace Blankenship

The International Award Winning filmmaker was born in Frankfurt, Germany, where his father was a tanker in the US Army. Ace would later join the military at the age of 18 where he served as a paratrooper combatant for the 82nd Airborne Division in Operation Iraqi Freedom. After serving in the military with distinction, he attended art school where he received a bachelor's in Fine Arts & Digital Filmmaking. A multifaceted designer, Ace has experience in film, graphic design, sound engineering, music, visual art, writing, and web-design. An enthusiastic artist that is eager to experiment with new styles of filmmaking. "The ability of Blankenship in mixing genres, effects and formats is the warranty that a new storyteller is born," says the Prisma Rome Independent Awards.
