David Q. Lewis

David Q. Lewis is a photographer, writer, filmmaker, and director, who has been creating content for the world to indulge in. He has written and directed his own projects since he began. He works along side his good friends Judah D. Thornton aka Blue. And Roosevelt Okyne aka Roze. The trio create films under Merlot Vision Productions. They create captivating films that take the viewer on an roller-coaster ride of raw emotions through their style of filmmaking. David was born May 20th, 1995 in Philadelphia, PA. He was raised in a single father household with his 3 other siblings. For high school, he attended Charter High school for Architecture & Design. It was there where he truly began falling in love with the art of writing and getting in touch with his creativity. After graduating high school in 2014, David was accepted into East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. That's where his insatiable love and desire for filmmaking awakened. He wrote his first short film script for a contest in a film production club that he joined as well as writing his first short story titled 'Blueberry Jungle.' David lives in West Philly with his beautiful daughter Jordyn.
