Sydney Duncan

Sydney Duncan is a transgender American writer and actress. In addition to her work in upcoming film and television, she has published a critically acclaimed young adult novel series beginning with The Revelation of Gabriel Adam and wrote Kill Whitey Donovan for Dark Horse Comics. Forthcoming from Duncan is "Premeditated" a short story from the Humanoids Comics graphic novel, First Degree: A Crime Anthology. Ms. Duncan also holds a Juris Doctorate degree, which she uses to advocate as a pro bono attorney for the LGBTQ community. Her work has been featured in Rolling Stone, NBC News, The Washington Post, The New York Times, Huffington Post, and many other national publications. She lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her wife and her two children.
