In 2013 Lena Lomako walked the fall show for Maison Martin Margiela. In 2014 she appeared in an editorial for the winter edition of i-D Magazine, which was called Oh My, What A Big Following You Have that was photographed by Daniel Jackson. She was on the fall cover of Cake Magazine, Shape Magazine, Marie Claire Magazine. She walked the fall show for Bibhu Mohapatra. She walked the spring shows for Nicholas K, Tibi, Hood by Air, Francesca Liberatore and Angel Sanchez. In 2015 she appeared in an editorial for the May edition of L'Officiel Mexico, which was called Hilfigher's Lonely Hearts Club Band. She appeared in an editorial for the June issue of L'Officiel Thailand that was called Wild Orchid. She walked the spring couture shows for Schiaparelli, Stephane Rolland, and Zuhair Murad. She walked the fall shows for Marissa Webb, CG, Libertine, Pamella Roland, Thom Browne, Taoray Wang, Stella Jeans, Roccobarocco, and Redemption Choppers. She walked the spring shows for Christian Siriano, Thom Browne, and Thomas Wylde. In 2016 she appeared in an editorial for the January issue of Marie Claire Indonesia that was called Side Sweep Movement, which was photographed by Ruo Bing Li. She walked the fall shows for Marissa Webb, Hellessy, Fashion Hong Kong, Natori, Brooks Brothers, Hiromi Asai, Thomas Wylde, and Julianna Bass. Currently, Lena Lomako continues working as a successful fashion model, influencer, and investment banker.
