Giovanni Pugliese a Cornell University graduate, is an independent filmmaker and has worked as a writer, producer, and director on multiple film projects and commercials. In 2019, Giovanni wrote and directed the period piece short film War Cellar, a movie that takes place in Rome during the height of World War II. In 2020, Giovanni followed War Cellar up with Tailor Shop, a movie about a tailor that relives the memories of an old love as he prepares to retire and sell the shop that he has once called home. Giovanni's work interest revolves around exploring existential, spiritual, and love themes. In 2021, Giovanni wrote and produced, The Keys, a film that is currently preparing for a 2022 film release. Giovanni started filmmaking after leaving his startup job right out of college.
