Rose Mathilde Appel (Born the 6th of July 1996) majored in music and social studies from det Frie Gymnasium in Copenhagen, from which she graduated in 2016. She graduated from the European Film College in the beginning of 2019 and started working independently on smaller documentary projects. She's the daughter of film photographer, Kristian Appel.
