Born in Alabama and raised in Tennessee, Lilly Ivring ("EYE-vreeng") knew she was an actor after seeing the movie Snow White at age four. She internalized the character of Snow White with such devotion that for weeks, she refused to be kissed by anyone; instead, they had to allow their heads to be turned down by their ears and accept a kiss on top of the head, à la Snow White. At age ten, she tirelessly directed her little sister in a masterful front yard performance: as soon as a car could be heard coming over the hill, Little Sister would shoot Lilly with a water gun, and Lilly would execute a death scene so convincing that she was certain one day the car would pull over to see if she could be resuscitated...at which point she would spring upright and declare that she was fine, she was simply an amazing actor! And the person in the car would be a Hollywood executive, scouting the role of a redheaded child for a movie that required a hefty death scene....and the rest would be history! Although that strangely never happened, it didn't dampen Lilly's resolve. Her passion only grew, and fueled her to move to Hollywood as soon as she could save enough money to buy a car. She put all her belongings in ten Tupperware containers, put the containers in the car, put herself behind the wheel, and roared across the country. She is pleased to report that she made it without being kidnapped or murdered. Lilly is known by her teachers and peers for her reckless pursuit of knowledge, range, and capability. She has been described as a young Nicole Kidman with a dash of Lucille Ball. She has ravenously studied on-camera acting, acting technique, auditioning, set strategy, improv, comedy, script analysis, and dialect. She models, works as a barista, and sells her hand-painted artwork in order to afford her training and forge her way forward into the life of her dreams. Lilly's dream role is Poison Ivy in the DC Universe. She is happily based in Los Angeles (2022). She is SAG-Eligible and thrilled to say so!
