William Morton, known as Billy Morton, was born in Oxford, Oxfordshire in 1998. As a child, he would create home movies and upload them to YouTube with his school friends. He attended Oxford Brookes University, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Film Studies with English Literature. He wrote and directed his first short film for his final project at university: Straight Outta Compton, Berkshire.
