Roman's career path is interesting and varied he commenced his working career as a "Wood Machinist and then as a Cabinet Maker". He was given an opportunity by "Carrick's Ltd to work as a Furniture Designer/Sample Furniture Maker". He left Carrick's Ltd for new opportunities, and being employed by "Woodlands Ltd" as a furniture sample maker, during his employment he was given an opportunity to spend some time working for their sister company called "Sunboard Ltd" who manufactured particle board. Roman was then offered a position with "Homepak Prepacked Kitchens", sister company to "Queensland Associated Industries" to learn how prepack kitchens are manufactured, which lead him to install all the prepack kitchens into selected furniture retail outlets including major chain stores "Australia-Wide". He was responsible for "Designing/Installing and manning all Display Stands, as well as general Promotions for Wholesale and Retail Marketing, including Brochure Designs/Public Speaking Demonstrations and Staff Training". Later in his career he was offered a position in the "Electronics Industry in Tamworth NSW, as a Store Manager", during that time the owner opened up the first video hire retail store in "Tamworth NSW". Roman also fitted out and build all the stands to house all videos, the video store became highly successful. After several years Roman moved back to Queensland he took on a new challenge with "National Panasonic as Sales Representative" to service retail outlets, he was involved in the promotion of their white/brown goods, and would organise show displays, and present to retailers Panasonic's new range of Hi Fi/Videos. Roman left "National Panasonic" and took on a "Senior Sales Executive position with Sony Australia based in QLD" to service their existing accounts as well as to establish new business in the sales of Sony's large product range, he organised/presented "Staff-Retail Training/New Product Demonstrations and Marketing Workshops" on a regular bases, so the retail staff were up to date on all benefits and features on the latest "Sony Products". Roman traveled extensively throughout "Queensland/Northern NSW" to organise shows and demonstrations in many of the country areas on Sony products for retails outlets so the general public could be informed on what's new with Sony. In August 1988 Roman was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer his doctor advised him that he had about twelve months to live if he did nothing about it. He was given the option of removing the highly cancerous left lung and undergo chemotherapy for his right lung. Roman's doctor concluded that if he underwent the various treatments available at the time, he could possibility live another ten (10) to fifteen (15) years assuming the cancer did not return. Roman has always believed in natural remedies, he decided to ignore his doctor by going on the most terrifying and extraordinary journey of his life. Roman knew the only truly effective cure for cancer would be a "Natural One". He made up his mind that he wanted to live and changed his whole attitude to life by first "Ridding himself of all Stress", changing his diet, Roman's philosophy was founded on the fundamental principle that we each are the creator of all that we each experience in our lifetime. When we change our thinking we change our life, and by Roman changing his life he also changed his thinking, he learnt to understand that whatever we each create no matter what it is, we also have the power to uncreate. Roman became the living example because he went beyond "Conditioning, beyond Belief Systems" he discovered the "Inner-Truth" about why we each "Create Human Dis'ease", all dis'ease is created through "Negative Emotions, reinforced by Self-Conditioning created into Personal Belief Systems".
