Hallie Purser, born on March 29, 1999, is an American actress, and improv comedian. Raised by acting parents, Reese Phillip Purser, and Laurie Harrop-Purser, Hallie started acting at a young age. She is of Welsh, English, Scottish and Irish descent. Hallie is best known or her roles in The Last Feed, Change (2020) and Who's Your Friend (2019). She studied acting at Utah Valley University, which is also where she began her career in improv.
