Insyde

Stephen Emrich (known as Insyde) is a musician and TikTok star born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He started his music career in 2018 with his debut single "Sometimes" going viral on SoundCloud, receiving over a million streams in its first 2 weeks. His TikTok stardom fell into place in December 2020 when a video went viral, reaching over 35 million views and nearly 5 million likes. Insyde has struggled through many obstacles in his life, including adoption, and being diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome at a young age. He taught himself how to code websites when he was 9 years old, and has been very active in video and audio technology, leading him to the world of video, audio, and eventually music production. Insyde has since written, recorded, mastered, and released 4 songs and directed the music videos for them. He released his debut single, "Sometimes", on January 22, 2019, which quickly boosted Insyde to unprecedented streaming numbers when it unexpectedly went viral on SoundCloud, getting labels to notice him and other artists clamoring to collaborate, effectively kickstarting his career as a musical artist and solidifying a small fanbase. On August 2, 2019 Insyde released "Something Real" which is a single off his upcoming debut EP. The single passed half a million streams in its first 6 months of release. It remains one of his most popular works to date. Insyde has announced that he is taking a break from music while he pursues his education at an undisclosed private university.
