Leonid Khromov was born on October 29, 1980 in Kyrgyzstan (Frunze). In 1994 he moved to Russia. Founder and owner of the production company "Leonid Khromov Production". The company was founded in 2012 in Russia. Russian producer, screenwriter and director. Composer and producer of the musical electronic project "Leonardo Velconte" (is a creative pseudonym).
