Josh Lenartowicz is an IFBB-certified pro bodybuilder from Sale, Victoria, Australia. Josh was fascinated by gym culture and begged his father to let him lift weights, which he was not allowed to do until 12 years old. At that point he got a membership at the closest gym and got up every morning at 5 am to train. Living in the smallest state on the continental part of the country, young Joshua was limited to information on bodybuilding and training. The guy learned to train in textbooks, he happened to read many books about nutrition, human anatomy and the bio-mechanics of exercises. While still very young, he set himself the goal of becoming a professional bodybuilder. The debut tournament for Joshua was the amateur INBA "Mr. Melbourne 2004", where he managed to become the absolute champion on the move. Lenartowicz got serious about getting his pro card. He took 7 years off from amateur competitions to put on the necessary mass. Ten years later, Lenartowicz won the coveted professional card after winning the FitX Amateur Grand Prix, and already in 2015 he celebrated his first professional victory at San Marino Pro 2015, where he managed to beat William Bonac, who was considered the favorite by the vast majority of experts. It was this victory that allowed the Australian to get a direct qualification for the 2016 Mr. Olympia tournament. A childhood dream gradually began to come true. Lenartowicz is most well known for coming in 9th at the 2016 and 2017 Mr. Olympia, and 3rd at Arnold Classic 2016.
