Casey Breneman grew up in Rockingham, Virginia with her parents and two younger sisters. She won a state-wide competitive public speaking competition in 2016, and was a finalist for The English Speaking Union's Shakespeare competition, performing on stage at the American Shakespeare Center's Blackfriar's Playhouse in Staunton, Virginia in 2016. She attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia and was a member of the Cavalier Marching Band, the Creative Processes and Artistic Practices Forum, and UVA's oldest student student-run theatre organization, First Year Players. Casey graduated with Bachelors of Arts degrees in English and Spanish with a minor in Drama. She is known for Dead Birds (2020) and Voices in the Wind (2019).
