Cameron McNamara

Cameron McNamara was born on April 7th, 1997, in Phoenix AZ, to parents Dawn and Edward. At the age of four, he moved with his parents and younger sister, Grace, to a small town in New Haven County, Connecticut. It was here that he developed a love for golf, after his father discovered Cam's talent with a golf club in the front yard of their Connecticut home. At the age of ten, his parents relocated to Tampa, FL, where Cameron went to middle and high school. After his junior year, he was recruited by head coach Laura Brown, to play college golf on full scholarship at Daytona State College in Daytona Beach, FL. He accepted the offer and studied Television Production, graduating with his Bachelors Degree in 2020. While spending time in the school's TV studios, Cameron received feedback from his fellow classmates that he was a natural in front of the camera. He went on to audition for a national talent scout and was selected to participate in a showcase event during the summer of 2019, thus beginning his acting career. Cameron began studying at Art's Sake Studio under Christy Poggi, learning Meisner Technique and the fundamentals of TV and Film Acting. He also studied under Jennifer Jarackas who pushed him to dive deeper into the root of his craft.
