Oana Mihaela Cercel is a Romanian film and theater actress .She was born on September 6, 1996 in Targu Jiu, Romania. She graduated from University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 2017.In 2020, she plays first role in the movie Placeri Nevinovate/Innocent Pleasures.Play on the stage of the theater ''Lightwave'' in Constanta.
