Neamah Hussein

Neamah is a Yemeni-Desi writer, filmmaker and actress based in California. After writing and directing plays during her time at Princeton University, She studied filmmaking at the San Francisco School of Digital Filmmaking, and TV writing at The Writing Pad in Los Angeles. Her first short, Brown Girls and Hair, screened at the South Asian Film Festival of America 2021. Aside from performing, writing and filmmaking, Neamah is passionate about learning languages (she speaks five!), fashion, and her day job in AI research and engineering at Facebook.
