Matt Fitzwater

Writer-Director Matt Fitzwater grew up in Poolesville, Maryland on a steady diet of movies and television, both classic and contemporary. After learning to play guitar, he performed with various bands for a number of years before going back to school to pursue movie-making in 2013. In 2019, he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree for Film & Video at the Maryland Institute College of Art. His thesis film, The Director of 'Airport Werewolf', premiered in Baltimore, Maryland on May 19th, 2019.
