Roy Shellef

Roy Shellef was born in Tel Aviv - Israel. He graduated from Alliance high school in 2008. During his teenage years, he understood the importance of stories and how behind every person, there is a whole new world to explore and tell. From drama to comedy, action and horror, Roy will find a way to bring the story to life. Roy has also been working as a freelancer graphic design which enhanced and built his film craft. In 2014, Roy decided to study communications, majoring in visuals - Directing, writing and producing at IDC - Herzeliya which he got his bachelor's degree. In 2017, Roy decided to keep pursuing his dream to become a director - producer as he took the short term course at New York Film Academy which he came back to, September 2019 for the one year program. Roy's film are influenced by Japanese anime camera movement, their tone is high contrast and revolve around psychological and sociological aspects of people.
