Jonathan Doe

Jonathan Doe is an American filmmaker, YouTuber, podcaster, and photographer. He founded the production company Putrid Productions in 2018, which encompasses his distribution label Vile Video Productions, his YouTube channel Cinemas Underbelly, and his podcast the Uneasy Terrain Explorers Club. Doe is known for his extensive knowledge of extreme underground cinema, which is showcased on his YouTube channel, multiple documentaries where he has been interviewed, and within the various guests and discussions he has on his podcast. Doe's first cinematic endeavor was in 2019 with his release of the shockumentary trilogy Carving the Cadaver. Since then Doe has had his work featured in Marcus Koch's anthology project Symbolicus, the 2021 documentary Gorenography, and his own fetish-gore series Erotic Grotesque Nonsense; which includes his emetophilia splatter film Barf Bunny and his most recent pseudo-snuff project The Degenerates.
