Christopher Bryde

Born in Anchorage-Alaska (1988). Graduate of Ecce Veritas High School, Portland-Oregon (2007). Active duty U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Machine Gunner (2007-2012). Retired honorably as a Corporal of Marines, San Antonio-Texas (2012). Awarded the Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Unit Commendation, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal w/ Service Star, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, NATO Medal, and Certificates of Appreciation (3), including one from President Obama. Honor student and Phi Theta Kappa honor society member at Portland Community College (2014-2020). Graduated (2019) with an Associate degree in Science and an Associate degree of General Studies, with a Focus Award in Creative Writing. Full-time student at St. Mary's University Twickenham London-England, in a Creative and Professional Writing (Hons) programme (2019-2022). Founder and president of the St. Mary's University Fishing Society. Patron of Shakespeare's Globe, London. Founder and director of Strawberry Hill Productions Limited in London.
