Jennifer Castillo is a TV/film and commercial actor who has worked on numerous projects with reputable companies, such as Disney and FOX. She also has experience as both a host and spokesperson and booked the lead hosting role for the pilot episode of "All Good." Her strongest credit to date comes from when she played the role of Andrea Wicks on "Supreme Justice." The best of Jennifer is yet to come, as interest in her as an actor has recently sky rocketed, partly due to her ongoing training. Jennifer has been enrolled in classes at the "Susan Giosa Acting Workshop" located in Santa Monica, California for well over a year. The class is taught by credible acting coach and actor, Susan Giosa, who puts a twist on techniques she learned from her mentor, Larry Moss. The class is divided into two parts and includes Advanced Scene Study and an emotional exercise portion called Freeing Your Emotional Core Level 2. Other training that Jennifer has done consists of Scene Study/Character Development with Ricki Maslar, Character Analysis with Patrick Baca, Audition Technique with Margie Haber, and Improv with Doug Morency from Second City. Jennifer has also booked theatrical projects with roles in "The Ultimate Commitment" and "Funny You Should Ask." She looks to continue to break down doors to reach her goal of becoming a household name in film and television. She has also had substantial roles in music videos. The most well-known videos include "Just Us" by DJ Khaled and SZA and "Wake up" by Travis Scott and The Weeknd which was directed by Jonah Hill. Jennifer has also been successful in the commercial world, booking nationals for Ford and State Farm, where she worked alongside actor/magician Justin Willman. In addition to acting jobs, Jennifer has also excelled in print modeling. She has done numerous jobs with esteemed companies like Living Spaces and Embassy Suites. Though acting is her passion, Jennifer is much more than "just an actor." With all of her roots from the Dominican Republic, she is deeply embedded in her Latin culture. Jennifer is bilingual and has booked jobs because of her ability to speak Spanish. She is also a dancer, which she says is "in her blood." She takes pride in her ability to dance all styles, but her favorites are salsa and hip-hop. She is dedicated to working out and loves to hike. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University. For years, Jennifer has loved to read plays. She feels this is how to really learn how to act because you have to create the character on your own rather than copying what's seen on TV and in movies. With this approach and her well-rounded skill set, Jennifer will soon be coming to a theater near you.
