Maria Escaja

Maria Escaja was born and raised in Lisbon. She did theater as a teenager and extra work for portuguese tv shows. In 2010 she did the Two Week Acting for Film course at the New York Film Academy and in 2012 moved to New York to study at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute, where she completed the Two Year Conservatory Program. In New York, she did stage productions at Lee Strasberg and short movies.
