Rasmus Smedegaard Bach

Born and raised in Randers, Denmark - 1993. Rasmus is s highly passionate Writer/Director focused on stories of social realism. Rasmus' primary goal is to create films that push our understanding of the people around us and the challenges that each of us are dealing with. Rasmus' interest for film was sparked when he was quite young. From ages 10-18 he attended a school of theatrics in his hometown, appeared in several plays at the local Egns Theater and also wrote and directed a few plays himself. After having taking a hiatus from creative work and acquired himself an education within Civil Engineering, Rasmus returned to the scene in 2019. Since then, he has pursued what he loves most, the art of film making. Rasmus' debut short film, "Hjælp", is premiering at Odense International Film Festival in 2022.
