Joseph DiVanna is an American/British economist, author and commentator on banking finance and global economics. He writes features for The Financial Times, The Banker, Financial World, Dialogue magazine, he has written 18 books on subjects such as technology innovation, strategic thinking, banking, finance, human capital management, Middle East politics, social behavior, wealth management, Islamic finance and economics. Referred to as a polymath by The Economist magazine his books and commentary often counters traditional perspectives on social behavior, economics and political ideals. DiVanna is a critic of corporate short-termism and political agendas that do not advance the greater good of the population.
