Moonbrick Studios hosts a channel of LEGO stop-motion videos, ranging from short clips, recreations and now, feature length films! He started stop-motion animation in 2012, at age 11, and eventually started a stop-motion channel in 2016 called Ozard_of_Wiz. He soon deleted it early in 2019 to focus on academics, but created a new channel called Moonbrick Studios roughly a year later in January of 2020. In the spring of 2021, he created a TikTok profile called SusLegoClips17 originally intended to showcase his clips from his channel. His fight scene between Shae Vizla LXIX and the Mandalorian gained over one million views, which widely increased his audience. He soon began producing meme-format videos, either recreating funny or popular videos in LEGO, or making his own, even adapting some popular trends in LEGO form. He recreated a video from Nicolas Roman, a famous TikToker, which earned him over five million views on the video as well as a like and a follow from the creator himself! Roman would then go on to make a guest appearance on Moonbrick's first feature film, The Mandalorian: Daddy Strikes Back. As Moonbrick's skill improved, he caught the eye of several other animators such as Edbound, AkashLegoProductions, RADvisuals and even ForrestFire101! He cites these individuals as major inspirations to him both in the animation field as well as their work ethic and perseverance. Edbound and ForrestFire have both worked for Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, the main animation department for Robot Chicken and M.O.D.O.K., and have also provided voice acting assistance for some of Moonbrick's films. Moonbrick finds it hard to make time for brickfilming as a college student now, and really only has time for them over his school breaks, and even then he can be busy. His goal is to put out last original feature length brickfilm called Shroud before retiring from Lego Stop-Motion long term, but he still plans to provide voice acting help for his friends and others who may need his help, as well as developing screenplays for future films. He also plans to continue the story of Shroud in the form of a manga series, and hopefully get it developed into an anime if it is successful enough!
