Brij Khandelwal

Brij Khandelwal was born in the famous city of Agra. He has been working to save the River Yamuna, which flows through Agra and Delhi. He started a campaign called River Connect Campaign. He has been saving rivers from more than 40 years. He started a news paper called 'humour times' with his daughter Mukta Gupta. He is married to Padmini Khandelwal. Brij Khandelwal got a chance to act in the movie called "The Paddle" it's about the rivers of the world. He has also acted in BBC India on four wheels and national geographic's documentary on Taj Mahal. Recent activity of Mr. Brij Khandelwal includes short videos which he uploads on his YouTube channel: real news. He makes videos about human interests with the help of his granddaughter Mahi Heather Gupta who technically directs his uploads. He has also composed a few songs which were released over the years. He has been a Journalist for over 50 years writing for news papers like: Times of India, Hindustan Times and IANS. Brij Khandelwal has written two books on the environment. He plans to publish a podcast soon.
