Taylor Van Cleave

Taylor Van Cleave, from the New York/ New Jersey area, has been surrounded by the arts his entire life. His parents Broadway performers and music mentors molded his exposure to the performing arts. His love of the guitar and singing emerged while he was in his junior year of high school it was then that he decided to make his own path in music. His natural talent as a songwriter is impressive. His comfort in front of a mic, in a recording studio and on the stage has been described as genuine, natural and pure. His first EP "BedHead", produced by Beau Vallis (Pharrell, Kelly Rowland, Alessia Cara) introduces Taylor as a solid new artist with songs "It Takes Two" and "Mother's Song". His single "Satisfied", recorded at Engine Sound, NYC, engineered and Produced by Matt Anthony, can be heard on all music platforms. His newest single "Some Birds" can be heard on all music platforms- and a video will follow soon. Taylor is honored to have been an American Idol 2019 contestant and impressed judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie at the Denver, CO auditions. He was handed a Gold Ticket and was off to Hollywood week where he progressed to the top 70.
