Lin Yu

Yu Lin was born on March 5, 1985 in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. After graduating from university, he studied directing in Spain and expanded his film studies in European film master workshops, shooting Palabras, Vampire in Taxi, and many other short films. In 2015, his short film The Love of Sisyphus was screened at the Barcelona Authors Film Festival. Also, as a student representative of Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami, he participated in the Tehran Fajr International Film Festival with his work, for the closure of which he made a short film Hello, Film Festival! In 2017, he established Chinese and Spanish Film Association and founded the Lychee International Film Festival.
