Flanker

Flanker was a Pyrenean Mountain male dog, born in June 1962, and lived in the Paris suburbs with a family who got him when he was just a puppy, from a nearby husbandry. He died at the age of 5 of an unspecified disease, and only starred in "Belle and Sébastien" first series, in 1965, at the age of 3. Actor Mehdi El Glaoui, who played Sébastien, had a very strong relationship with him.
