Casey Costigan is an American Director/actor/producer from Pennsylvania. He has an ongoing series called the Captain/Dave Pallen series which will be coming to an end in 2022 with the final film being Miss Superb 2. He has collaborated with Director and Producer Ian James Comstock on the film "Here Comes The Night (A Werewolf Movie)" and will be collaborating with him on 2021's upcoming "Harlan's Bad Hand." He is known for playing Optos in the Dave Pallen series.
