Alyse Kane Riley

Award winning LA based filmmaker, Alyse Kane Riley co-founded the independent film production company NINE X THREE FILMS [nine-by-three] in 2016. She has directed and produced upwards of 50 projects spanning in television, film, commercial and music video, while writing and developing a series (MEADOW) and debut feature film. Alyse directs a team of creatives to understand the needs of clients such as REVLON, STAR WARS, LUCASFILM LTD., HYPEBEAST, MTV, BET, VEVO + REVOLT, holding a well-versed understanding of production from all aspects. She has lectured at The Next Generation of Filmmakers panel at Paramount Studios, hosted by FilmTools and LaCie, as well as for the University of North Texas film program and volunteered as a mentor in the Industry Jump Mentorship program, teaching a variety of classes. Infusing her background of art and storytelling she holds a meticulous focus on character development. Her keen eye for innovation and color, lends itself to fantasy inducing visuals with a distinct point of view. Alyse has always been fascinated by flawed characters and diverse faces. Her most recent film, Come As You Are, a short biopic on Nirvana front-man Kurt Cobain, centers on mental health and addiction and is a 10x award winner in the film festival circuit (2021-22).
